My name is Blagovest Ganev, a.k.a. I am one of the new guys. I have been in the company for little more than a month, and I can easily say that it feels like I’m home. The typical day starts with no other than a cup of coffee; the first sip is like a power-up button for me, and then I need good music because everything is better with music. After that, I open the ticketing queue, and the journey begins. As I said, I am only at the beginning of my career, and every new task or issue clients provide me with attracts my attention.
There are no specific tasks I can say I prefer; every one I receive has its own “character” that requires different types of action. Maybe that is why I like that work so much; there is no other day.

It is a mix of all. The work allows me to help people achieve their goals and improve myself. There is growth not only in a professional plan but also personally. I am still fresh, young, and, in some parts, wild, but I am starting to feel like I will learn something new every new day.

What’s Your Go-to Unwind Activity After a Busy Day at FastComet?

Have you ever heard of Peter Parker? Well, it is me.
With all these years, my hobby became my side hustle. I like to create music in my free time, and no, I am not a guitarist, drummer, or singer. I am a musical producer in the hip-hop genre, also called “beatmaker.” Some people love to go fishing or hunting, some people love to watch movies, and I love to create music. I am a part of a group with a lot of projects and concerts behind me, but let’s keep that for another time!
The other thing that I love is basketball. You know that hip-hop culture includes basketball, but I played basketball for a long time before I started to make music. It helps me by being a little distraction from reality and clean my head. Nothing can compare to a good evening game with your team after a long day at work.
What’s Your Most Significant Professional or Personal Goal for this Year, Blagovest?
The professional goal that I want to achieve this year is to level up; as I said, I have been in the company for a little bit more than a month, and as expected, I am level 1 support now, but I am looking forward to becoming a level 2 by the end of the year.
My personal goal is to finish my apartment. In the middle of the summer, together with my girl, I bought an apartment, and we are currently working on the interior and its details.

What’s Your Favorite Part About Working From Anywhere?
First, it is family time; nothing can compare to the opportunity to have more time with the ones you love. Also, what I love about working from home is creating my own “atmosphere,” where I can listen to whatever music I like, set up my desk however I like, and, last but not least is that I do not need to drive to work because we all know what is tо get into traffic.
There are many of them, from notes, that I can use as hints or tools to show me where the current domain is pointed. In that type of work, such instruments are a must.
