At Pantheon, we’re all about creating exceptional web experiences, and we believe that starts with listening to the people who use our platform. That’s why, in November 2023, our Research team launched the Bi-Weekly Customer Call program. Every other week, we sit down with teams using Pantheon to dive deep into their experiences — what’s working and what’s not, and where we can innovate to improve things.
So far, we’ve had the privilege of chatting with over 20 fantastic teams. These conversations have led to more than 200 insights that help us shape Pantheon’s future. Here are a few ways your feedback has already made a difference:
Workflow Logs for Faster Troubleshooting
One of the things we heard loud and clear was that many of you needed more detailed workflow logs to troubleshoot issues quickly. We took that feedback to heart, and in July 2024, we rolled out Workflow Logs to give you a better view of your workflow statuses. Now, resolving issues is faster and easier, thanks to your input.
Continued Support for Drupal 7
When Drupal announced that Drupal 7 would reach its end of life in January 2025, we knew this could impact many of our users. Through our Bi-Weekly Customer Calls, we learned that many of you still rely on Drupal 7 while deciding whether to migrate to Drupal 10 or explore other CMS options. To support you during this transition, Pantheon will continue supporting Drupal 7, ensuring you have the time and resources to make the best choice for your sites. If you’re in the middle of this decision, don’t miss our Drupal 7 End-of-Live Guide to Secure Migration to help you navigate your options.
Special Pricing for Non-Profits
We’re proud to work with many non-profit organizations and the agencies that support them. During our interviews, you shared the unique challenges in the non-profit space, particularly around budget constraints. In response, we introduced special pricing for qualifying non-profits. It’s our way of supporting your incredible work and ensuring you have the tools to succeed.
For us, these conversations are invaluable. They help us stay connected to what matters most to you and guide our decisions on how to evolve Pantheon to better serve your needs. If you’re interested in being part of our future Bi-Weekly Customer Calls or want to learn more about how we do research at Pantheon, we’d love for you to join us. Head over to our page to sign up!
