What’s Changing in the Pantheon Partner Program?
We’re committed to continuously evolving our Partner Program to meet the dynamic needs of our partners and the ever-changing technology landscape. With that in mind, here’s what you can expect from the new Pantheon Partner Program:
- Streamlined Tiers: We’ve simplified our partner tiers to make it easier for you to understand and unlock the benefits that matter most to your business.
- Enhanced Benefits: From sales and marketing support to co-selling opportunities and product features, we’re investing in new benefits to help you differentiate your business and succeed in the market.
- Recognition for Excellence: We’re introducing certification requirements and recognizing top-tier partners who demonstrate technical and business excellence in partnership with Pantheon.
- Opportunities for Collaboration: We’re launching a Partner Advisory Board, designed to bring together select leaders from the partner community to share expertise and influence the future of the Partner Program and our product.
Partner Tiers: A Path to Success
Our new partner tiers are designed to provide a clear path for your growth within the program and to equip you with the resources you need to elevate your brand, strengthen your teams, and outshine your competitors. Here’s a brief overview of each tier:
- Strategic Partner: Our highest level of partnership, reserved for partners who are strong advocates for WebOps and consistently generate significant revenue impact. Strategic Partners enjoy a wealth of exclusive benefits, including early access to product features, dedicated account management, and co-selling opportunities with Pantheon’s customer-facing teams.
- Premier Partner: At this partnership level, Agencies demonstrate technical and business excellence and are a crucial component of our partner ecosystem. Premier Partners receive a Platinum Workspace Plan, a Partner Directory listing, free agency site, and preferred pricing for all clients. Pantheon also extends Premier Partners eligibility for a wide range of valuable sales support, co-branding and program management benefits.
- Advantage Partner: Committed to growing their business with Pantheon, Advantage Partners receive a Gold Workspace Plan, access to pre-production platform features, a free agency site, a partnership badge to include on their website and in marketing materials, and are eligible for sales support.
- Essentials Partner: Ideal for partners looking to initiate or grow a relationship with Pantheon, Essentials Partners are provided with a Silver Workspace Plan and access to self-service sales enablement materials.
We are also introducing WebOps Certification requirements for our Strategic and Premier Partners to support Agency Partner teams’ growth, education and Pantheon platform expertise.
